1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lurp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Lurp.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Lurp. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Conduct

Lurp is intended as a platform for respectful interaction and constructive content sharing. You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, abusive, offensive, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Misuse the app’s features (including voting, commenting, upvoting, downvoting) in ways that negatively impact other users’ experience.
• Use automated means (e.g., bots or scripts) to access, manipulate, or interfere with the app.

4. User-Generated Content

Ownership and License: You retain ownership of the content you post on Lurp but grant Lurp a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content. Lurp reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

5. Voting and Upvoting/Downvoting

Voting features allow interactive participation. Use them responsibly and refrain from manipulation, spam, or abuse.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

Lurp may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Community Guidelines.
Termination may occur with or without prior notice. Continued violations may result in permanent removal from the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lurp and its developers are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including user-generated content or data loss.

8. Changes to Terms

Lurp may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. By using Lurp, you agree that any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Sweden, though the app may be accessed worldwide and users remain responsible for compliance with local laws.
