How do I change my username? Changing your username is currently not available, though this feature will be implemented shortly.
How do I delete a post? To delete a post that you created, contact our support team and we'll help you.
How do I delete my account? Contact our support team, saying you want to delete your account. This has to be done with the email connected to your account.
How do I change the app language? The only language currently available in the app is English, but more are to come.
How do I add more options in a poll? Press the plus button at the bottom to add more options. You can't add more than six in a single poll.
App Asking to Sign Up When Already Registered: This sometimes happens when you're not connected to the internet. Check your connection before signing in.
App Not Loading or Crashing: Ensure your device's software is up-to-date. Check your internet connection, and try restarting the app or rebooting your device. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app.
Poll Votes Not Registering: Ensure you're connected to the internet. Try refreshing the page or restarting the app. If the issue continues, test voting on a different poll to see if the problem is isolated to one specific poll.
Error Messages or Bugs: Clear your browser's cache or clear the app's cache. Log out and back in again. If you're using an outdated version, update to the latest version of the app. If the issue persists, contact support with the error message details.
App Freezes or Lags: Close any unnecessary apps running in the background. Make sure you have enough storage space. Try reducing the number of open posts or polls and ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Problems with Account Deletion or Data Retrieval: For account deletion, follow the instructions and contact support. If you're having trouble retrieving your data, ensure you haven't accidentally logged out or deleted your account.
